Solidarity in all times and languages

No matter the language, the country, the religion, the politician. It matters, yes, solidarity, the love to the next one, the will of human being until the marrow….

Todas nós gostaríamos de ter dançado assim... Ou será que não?

Deborah Kerr teaches Yul Brynner how to dance the European way in the movie version of The King And I (1956).

We've just been introduced,
I do not know you well,
But when the music started
Something drew me to your side.

So many men and girls,
Are in each others arms.
It made me think we might be
Similarly occupied.

Shall we dance?
On a bright cloud of music shall we fly?
Shall we dance?
Shall we then say "Goodnight and mean "Goodbye"?
Or perchance,
When the last little star has left the sky,
Shall we still be together
With are arms around each other
And shall you be my new romance?
On the clear understanding
That this kind of thing can happen,
Shall we dance?
Shall we dance?
Shall we Dance?

[Dialogue]

Shall we dance?

[KING]

One, two, three and?

[ANNA]

On a bright cloud of music shall we fly?

[KING]

One, two, three and?

[ANNA]

Shall we dance?

[KING]

One, two, three and?

[ANNA]

Shall we then say "Goodnight and mean "Goodbye"?

[KING]

One, two, three and?

[ANNA]

Or perchance,
When the last little star has left the sky,
Shall we still be together
With are arms around each other
And shall you be my new romance?
On the clear understanding
That this kind of thing can happen,

[BOTH]

Shall we dance? Shall we dance? Shall we dance?

I m always traying hard...

Try to remember the kind of September
When life was slow and oh, so mellow.
Try to remember the kind of September
When grass was green and grain was yellow.
Try to remember the kind of September
When you were a tender and callow fellow,
Try to remember and if you remember then follow.

Try to remember when life was so tender
That no one wept except the willow.
Try to remember when life was so tender that
Dreams were kept beside your pillow.
Deep in December it's nice to remember
The fire of September that made us mellow.
Try to remember and if you remember then follow.

Life is beautiful!

video

Here, the lyrics in English, courtesy of my friend Katarzyna:

Hello Honey! You've aksed me to put the lyric of "Życie to nie teatr"-I did it few minutes ago.:) Maybe You want read it:)
Peace

Katarzyna

Life is a stage- You ussualy talk to me, You relate.
Another and more false
mask is weared by us.
Life is a game, life is a such a play,
Beside open
or close door- it is a play.
Life is not a stage- I ussualy reply.
Life
is not just a colourful masquerade.
Life is more beautiful and more
important.
Everything pale beside our life, even dead pales.

You and
me- we are two stages.
We are different stages.
You...
You never
drop a real tear
You just purse
And Your laugh is not catching
Cause
You are playing.

I...
I am whole raised by hurts.
I have my soul
on my arm.
But when I am laughing
The whole world is laughing with me.

Today is an artist' banquet
I am sure You will come.
It will be
a full of guests- inaccessible company.
It will be a dances, pottles and I
suppose flirts too.
The open door will close. And „bye!".
I will drop
there for a while, before the air is gonna swell.
I will drink down two
vodkas
And quiet pick myeself up

I will come out the street, wet my
nob in fountain.
I will come out the space, create the most wonderful poem.

You and me- we are two stages.
We are different stages.
You...
You never drop a real tear
You just purse
And Your laugh is not
catching
Cause You are playing.

I...
I am whole raised by hurts.
I have my soul on my arm.
But when I am laughing
The whole world is
laughing with me.

I...

Riverdance: Lord of the Dance

Melodia imortal, memórias do sempre...

Ele exigia perfeição, e sempre a conseguia...

Duelo de banjos, duelo de vidas...

Banjo's Duel is one of the most knew scenes from the movie "Deliverance". Billy Redden (born 1956 in Rabun County, Georgia) is an American actor best known for his role as Lonnie—the "banjo kid"—in the 1972 movie Deliverance.

Redden, then sixteen, earned his role in Deliverance during a casting call at Clayton Elementary School in Clayton, Georgia. To add authenticity and humor to the film, the filmmakers found Redden to fit the look of the inbred and mentally retarded banjo boy called for by the book, although Redden himself is neither. The scene depicts Redden playing the instrumental Dueling Banjos opposite actor Ronny Cox on guitar. At the end of the dueling banjos scene the script called for Redden to harden his expression towards Drew Ballinger, Cox's character; however, Redden was unable to fake dislike for Cox. To solve the problem they got Ned Beatty (whom Redden truly disliked) to step towards Redden at the close of the shot. As Beatty approached, Redden hardened his expression and looked away exactly as intended.

‘Ask The Mountains’
Don’t come after
Don’t come after
Don’t come after
Come
Come
Come
Come
Don’t come after
Don’t come after

Please don’t follow me along
When you read this I’ll be gone
Ask the mountains
Springs and fountains
Why couldn’t this go on?
Couldn’t our happiness go on?

Ask the sun that lightens up the sky
When the night gives in, to tell you why
Ask the mountains
Wild woods, highlands
Ask the green in the woods and the trees
The cold breeze coming in from the sea
Springs and fountains
Ask the mountains
Springs and fountains

Ask the mountains
Springs and fountains
Ask the mountains
Springs and fountains
Ask the mountains
Ask the sun that lightens up the sky
When the night gives in, to tell you why

Tell the mountains
Springs and fountains
Why couldn’t this go on?
Couldn’t our happiness go on?
Why couldn’t this go on?
Couldn’t our happiness go on?

London, London...

video

Good People Day 2008
